yea i think i get it its just how do u make a friends list so i can click on the icon and stuff like that

To make a friends list you must watch the person by clicking +DeviantWatch on their page. Then you place their icon in your journal by typing the following:
: icondemonbefriender :, which would be
(Just don't put the spaces on the first example).
